Credit application records are retained for at least 25 months following the application date, consistent with federal Regulation B. 9. Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83)

California residents may request once per calendar year information about personal information FAM Vans has shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.
